One of San Antonio’s largest real estate companies, Keller Williams Heritage, purchased the old Credit Human headquarters at Loop 1604 and Highway 281 in 2021. Now the company is unveiling its swanky new digs after a massive overhaul of the interior.

Credit Human moved into the Oxbow on Broadway in 2021, and the real estate brokerage renovated the 42,000 square-foot, 3-story old office building into a hub for its over 1,200 real estate agents, according to a news release. Keller Williams Heritage, which made $3.5 billion dollars in sales last year, is holding a grand opening on July 21 at 6 p.m.

The new office space has 89 offices for agents, seven conference rooms, a 200-person training room, production studio for agents, and 6,500 square feet of collaborative work space. Those office spaces allow Keller Williams Heritage to offer in-house services titles, lending, insurance, property management, legal, digital marketing, and investments.
